2. Subscription & Billing

As detailed on our pricing schedule, you are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier. You can cancel your subscription at absolutely any time without penalty or exit fees, though partial months will not be refunded.

3. Clinical Disclaimer & Liability

Fluora provides an automated AI communication tool for administrative reception duties. The AI is specifically tuned not to provide medical advice or diagnoses. We are not liable for any clinical actions, medical malpractice, or incorrect treatments that result from interactions entirely between typical patients and your clinical staff.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• You agree not to use the service for spamming, harassment, or unlawful marketing.
• You must hold the necessary legal rights to contact the numbers in your database.
• You are responsible for obtaining explicit consent before enabling automated marketing follow-ups.
